Born from a love for open-fire cooking and the desire to taste a variety of meats on one plate,
this meal features beef, chicken, lamb, or pork from free-range or semi-free-range farms, accompanied by vegetables and sauces.
And for dessert? True to British tradition, the star is apple crumble, crafted exclusively with apples from Lazio!
